Delivery
The pricing of our furniture is based on collection from our factory, which is close to ORT International airport in Johannesburg, South Africa. Collections can take place between 0900 and 1600 Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and factory closure (builder's holidays).
We can deliver, or arrange delivery to you.
Delivery charge up to 60km away from our factory: R600
Delivery charge from 60 - 100km from our factory: R1200
Over 100km, we will need to contact a courier for a quote and timeline.
Delivery includes placing the item in place but will be left inside packaging. Courier delivery will be subject to their own delivery policies.
Installation in Johannesburg area: R250 for attaching the desktop to the legs / R100 per cube for wall installation.
Returns
Our products are made to your particular design, with your finish combination. So your product is custom made for you when you place the order, it is not sitting in stock. Due to this bespoke nature of your order, it cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing flaws.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing flaw, please contact us and we will investigate it with you and figure out a way forward.
Quality
Our products are inspected at the end of the manufacturing process to ensure your order meets our high quality standards. We will video the final inspection as well as the wrapping process so that we have a record of the individual orders.
Other
We will treat your personal information in alignment with the POPIA legislation, bearing in mind that you have initiated our interaction and freely given the personal information necessary for our commercial transaction. You have the right at any time to demand that we delete all your personal information, as well as opt out of any communication programme we undertake.
We reserve the right to make changes to any information displayed on our web site at any time, including, inter alia, product design, dimensions, price, materials available, colours available. If any changes are relevant, we will discuss this with you during our initial conversation.
